Leadership Enthusiast ABRAHAM LINCOLN

Our world from past ages has been surrounded and “is” surrounded by great people. These great people have influenced us no matter how early how late, in a day, in a year, in a century or over millennium, but they are created to change the whole world. If they are born, there is a reason and its never late when they show us something that great on which our eyes remain wide open. Among these people the prodigious name of ABRAHAM LINCOLN tops the list.

“I WALK SLOWLY, BUT I NEVER WALK BACKWARD”.

Born on 12 February in Kentucky, he was the sixteenth president of the United States. His great and zealous works has always strike many souls. His thoughts, ideas and believes were the most encouraging and reviving. His dedication for slaves, the impacting applications, effortless practical involvement for the cause of his nation. His appealing speeches and heart touching words of wisdom makes him a great leader.

“THE BEST WAY TO PREDICT THE FUTURE IS TO CREATE IT”

As a boy he read widely, including bible, Robinson Crusoe and Aesop’s fables. At a young age he started to study law which appealed him and he started taking interest in politics. He liked to read about the history of United Nations. Although he faced many problems and came across many hurdles in his way he stuck to what he dreamed. If freeing 3,500,000 slaves doesn’t make him great than nothing else can.

“BE SURE YOU PUT YOUR FEET IN THE RIGHT PLACE, THEN STAND FIRM”

He won the hearts of his people by dedicating his life for the well being of the citizens of his nation. His full concentration and untiring efforts and struggles had won him the prize of his life. And according to the fact, only these sort of people are really born, lived and leave a great impact in the eyes of the humanity to follow.

Abraham Lincoln was a great man, but he wasn’t great just because he was a great leader or he freed millions of slaves. This only made his greatness visible. But his true greatness came because he stuck to what he believed in. Even though others lacked his interest and he faces numerous obstacles in his way, he worked to make his dream true and that’s why he is one of the most influential leaders of all time

“YOU CANNOT ESCAPE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF TOMORROW BY EVADING IT TODAY”
